What is Creative Collective?
It is our new programme that supports the creative economy with social impact in Mexico drawing from the experiences of the United Kingdom. It is a comprehensive programme focused on strengthening the capacities of different actors in the creative economy, divided into three main strands:
- Young creators - through the Creative Enterprise Programme for young creative/social entrepreneurs.
- Creative leaders - through the Creative Leadership Programme for cultural, creative and social leaders managing projects that challenge the limits of social/cultural/creative management.
- Policy - through the Creative Policy Programme we work to strengthen public servants' capacities directly involved in managing social, creative and cultural projects in the public sphere.
Besides capacity building across these three strands, Creative Collective includes a number of other activities, including conferences, seminars and public forums, as well as new research on the creative economy through open publications.
Creative Collective is part of the British Council initiatives that focus on Cultural Policy Leadership programmes.

Creative Enterprise Programme
This is the Creative Collective component that is aimed at young creators who seek to design and strengthen their creative project with social impact. For three days, young people actively participate in an intensive workshop focused on strengthening their skills on aspects such as design thinking and business models.

Creative Leadership Programme
Creative Collective's Creative Leadership Program is a cultural leadership program whose main objective is to develop and enrich the skills of creative and cultural leaders for better governance of their organizations and projects.

Creative Policy Programme
Creative Collective program that seeks to strengthen the capacities of Mexican public servants directly involved in the design and management of social, creative and cultural projects in the public sphere. With this workshop, public officials acquire skills to design, manage and implement public programs for the culture and social impact sector through the service design or service design methodology.
