BBELT is an academic forum designed to introduce the latest trends and new ideas in English Language Teaching (ELT), offering attendees the opportunity to participate in academic sessions, presentations, workshops and demonstrations of the best teaching material available. It provides a space for exchange, dialogue and reflection on ELT in Mexico, bringing together outstanding teaching specialists from the United Kingdom, Mexico and throughout the world.
In 2021, we will celebrate 30 years since BBELT was launched in 1991! We will celebrate with a Special (Online) Edition, expanding the conference to the Latin America region.
This will be an opportunity to celebrate together and look back at techniques and theories we learnt during these years, reflect on experiences and results and then look to the future and our changing practices and needs. The teachers’ area is a source of inspiration and motivation; they are fundamental to create paths for a better future.
